Creative Director Tami Owen designed this home nearly 15 years ago as a spec house, which was ultimately purchased by the homeowners who became longtime clients of Owen Group Interiors. The designers were brought in for a major expansion in 2023, when the homeowners purchased the neighboring lot and transformed an existing garage into a outdoor living and recreation area. The project includes: a pool, pool pavilion, powder bath, gym, basketball court and guest house. The goal for this project was to create an outdoor space in which the homeowners and their teenage-to-young-adult kids could enjoy and entertain.
